This photo for The Daily Snap is from the archives and was taken during the Banff Photo Walk on July 18th, 2009. I wanted to photograph stuff in Banff that I would normally pass over so I took my Canon G9 and walked Banff Avenue. I like the graphic interplay of shadow and light in this image as well as the bright colours. I added a little post production effect using a couple of filters in Nik Color Efex.
